Applications will be accepted until September 1st, 2017 or until all campsites are filled.

This is a juried event. Submission of application is not a guarantee of acceptance.

Is this your first time reenacting at the Gathering at Five Medals? *
If yes, you must provide photos showing your camp, kit, and a representative outfit with your completed application. Failure to do so could result in denial of your application. Photos can be sent to the event e-mail fivemedals@elkhartcountyhistory.org. Please put your name in the subject of the e-mail.
